Find us in the airport

Once you arrive at the airport, after clearing customs and collecting your luggage, you must locate the OTIUM INTERNATIONAL team in the Tour Operators area. Our staff will be waiting for you. Once you have contacted our staff, you must present your transfer voucher to receive the contracted service and board your assigned transportation. If you are unable to contact our staff at the airport, please contact us by phone for assistance. Please do not leave the airport terminal without contacting us.

Important information

The maximum waiting time at the airport is 40 minutes (this time is taken once the first passengers on the same flight check in to OTIUM staff). If passengers take a taxi, OTIUM will not reimburse them.

Passengers who do not arrive on their booked flight, whether due to missed connections, delays, or other circumstances, and who are not notified in writing or by phone to the OTIUM office, will be marked as a no-show. The arrival service will be rescheduled subject to availability. Passengers who do not check in with our airport staff will not receive their arrival transfer, and the no-show fee will not be refunded.

For departure transfers, passengers will be informed of the pick-up time in advance by OTIUM representatives.

If passengers do not arrive at the scheduled time, a waiting period of 5 minutes will be given for regular services and 20 minutes for private services.

“In case of a no-show, the transportation operator will issue a voucher indicating the hotel’s arrival and departure times, signed by the hotel’s porters, concierges, and/or receptionists. In this case, passengers must take a taxi, which is non-refundable.

Because there is a time limit for scheduled services, please DO NOT stop or speak with strangers inside the airport trying to arrange your transfers. These individuals impersonate agency staff and tell passengers to take a taxi, promising reimbursement later. They may also charge the passenger for the transfer, but please do not make any payment. OTIUM WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR REFUNDING THESE TAXIS.

Passengers are transported with one suitcase per person and one carry-on bag. Always verify that your luggage is placed in the vehicle. Upon disembarking, ensure you have all your belongings.” OTIUM is not responsible for lost items.

Regarding the black market for excursions (“pirate” tours), OTIUM and its partner companies disclaim all liability for incidents, accidents, and/or substandard quality to which passengers are subjected when purchasing one or more excursions through companies not affiliated with OTIUM.
